Distribution Solutions Group Inc. (DSG) (NASDAQ: DSGR), Fort Worth, Texas, reported sales for the third quarter ended Sept. 30, 2024, were $468 million, up 6.6% from the prior-year period. Profit was $21 million.

Sales for the first nine months were $1.3 billion, up 12%. Profit was $7.3 million.
The distributor made acquisitions in the third quarter:
- DSG’s acquisition of Source Atlantic closed in the third quarter.
- The acquisition of ConRes Test Equipment, with $12 million in annual sales, strengthened DSG’s leasing and calibration service offerings.
- The final acquisition for the third quarter was Southeast Asia-based Tech-Component Resources (TCR), a distributor of industrial products, including fasteners and mechanical components to support OEM customers.
