Arrow Sales Rise 20% in Fourth Quarter as Cloud and AI Demand Lifts Results

Arrow Electronics reported higher sales and profit in the fourth quarter and for the full year, citing stronger demand across its electronic components and enterprise computing businesses, including activity tied to cloud computing, artificial intelligence and data centers.

For the quarter ending Dec. 31, 2025, Arrow reported sales of $8.746 billion, up from $7.283 billion in the same period a year earlier. That is an increase of $1.463 billion, or 20%.

Profit attributable to shareholders in the fourth quarter was $194.6 million, compared with $99.2 million a year earlier — a gain of $95.4 million, or 96%. Earnings per diluted share rose to $3.75, up from $1.86 in the fourth quarter of 2024.

For the full year, sales totaled $30.853 billion, up from $27.923 billion in 2024 — an increase of $2.930 billion, or 10%.

Full-year profit attributable to shareholders was $571.3 million, compared with $392.1 million in 2024 — an increase of $179.2 million, or 46%. Earnings per diluted share rose to $10.93, up from $7.29 a year earlier.

“Arrow delivered a strong fourth quarter, reflecting disciplined execution across the business and continued progress against our strategic priorities,” interim President and CEO Bill Austen said in a statement. He said the company saw “meaningful momentum across both Global Components and ECS, supported by improving leading indicators, strong performance in our value-added offerings, and continued momentum in cloud, AI, and datacenter activity.”

Arrow’s Global Components segment, which distributes electronic parts, reported fourth-quarter sales of $5.882 billion, up from $4.814 billion a year earlier — an increase of $1.068 billion, or 22%.

For the full year, Global Components sales were $21.501 billion, up from $19.983 billion in 2024 — an increase of $1.518 billion, or 8%.

The company’s Global Enterprise Computing Solutions segment, which provides computing infrastructure, cloud and data center products and services, posted fourth-quarter sales of $2.864 billion, up from $2.469 billion — an increase of $395 million, or 16%.

For the year, ECS sales reached $9.352 billion, compared with $7.940 billion in 2024 — an increase of $1.412 billion, or 18%.

Arrow said changes in foreign currency exchange rates increased reported fourth-quarter sales by about $232 million and full-year sales by about $399 million compared with the same periods in 2024.

The company said it expects first-quarter 2026 sales in the range of $7.95 billion to $8.55 billion.
